Rules and Policy of FurEcard/FurEgalleryFurEcard/FurEgallery

All information is kept confidential. We will not give out your information for 3rd parties. We do reserve the right to analysis the information for figuring out performance, security, bugs, and overall improvements of the site. Artist are provided a counter for keeping track of hits on their cards. But this counter information will not include any information about the user just a number of hits on the site. This site also uses a cookie. This cookie is used to help keep track of user preferences. This cookie is set to expire after 60 minutes after the last time a page has been hit. The information that is used in the cookie will not be used to keep track of the user browsing habits (kinda hard if it goes away after 60 minutes ;) ). If the user chooses to not keep a cookie an alterantive way of keeping track of that information will be done.

• This service is a free service. Even though it is free we pride ourselves at trying to serve you professionally and fast :)
• All FurEcard that are sent out are held for 3 weeks before being deleted.
• Each furry is only allowed to have one account. Exceptions can only be made with talking with FurEcard/FurEgallery staff
• Each account has a quota of 5 megabytes. This should only be used for holding files. Quota can be raised on a per artist basis. These files can only be use for FurEcard/FurEgallery. Any other use is forbidden
• If an account has not been logged in for more than six months FurEcard/FurEgallery staff can make the choice of putting that account to sleep.
• All art used on this site must be the artist original or a gift of the artist who has created their myFurEcard/myFurEgallery site. Any art that does not follow the guidelines must have the written consent of the artist to be put up.
• If an artist choose to upload a graphic/sound/etc they give FurEcard permission to make backups and serve the files off their web server
• All art used on the site must not contain bestial scenes(i.e. human having sex with non-morphic animals) and/or live human or animal gentallia.
• All art used on the site must not contain any scenes of perceived pedophilia with young furries.
• All adult art (Nude, violent, etc) needs to be marked as adult using the administration tools Categories of plain adult art should also be marked as adult in the card admin. It is not the responsiblity of FurEcard staff to mark images as adult.
• You won't hold the owners of FurEcard responsible for any content or errors in displaying the content. This site is use at your own risk
• Any use of the site must be for free (IE you can't charge to send out a card).
• Any card(s) that is deemed hateful of a person or group can be taken down at the administrator's discretion.
• FurEcard/FurEgallery staff reserve the right to refuse or ban any art or person using this site for any reason.
• Administrator of FurEcard/FurEgallery has the right to change rules without notifying the users of the site.
• Decisions by the FurEcard/FurEgallery administrators are final!
